If you are returning goods purchased online, please follow the following guidelines.
- Firstly, email sorrentoboutique@gmail.com to tell us what goods you are proposing to return. We will send you a prompt reply acknowledging your email.
- Then, repackage the item(s) you wish to return in their original, undamaged and unused condition, ideally in their original packaging. Enclose the original receipt or copy of that receipt. Please ensure that the package is sealed properly.
- Post the parcel to Sorrento Boutique Ltd., Manor Mills Shopping Centre, Maynooth, Co. Kildare, W23 X262, Ireland. You should obtain proof of the date of posting, or tracking number if relevant, which proof you should retain until the matter is finalised and you have received your refund. Obviously, you are responsible for the goods until they have been successfully returned to us.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notifying you of our response to your refund request. Your approved refund will be promptly processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Delivery
Delivery within the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland is via courier service and usually takes 1-2 working days and requires a signature. This period may be extended over bank holiday and Christmas periods. All items will be insured against damage or loss during posting. The delivery company may contact you prior to delivery to confirm your address and location. Please provide a correct phone number.
- We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control, for example extreme weather, a flood or fire. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
- The delivery cost within the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland is €7.50. For international deliveries, please refer to the section below relating to international orders.
- We offer FREE Delivery to ROI & Northern Ireland over €100
- Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered to you.
International Delivery
International Deliveries are fulfilled by An Post. Tracking numbers will be made available to you once your item has been dispatched. Please allow 7-10 days approx for deliveries.

Gift Vouchers
