You should obtain proof of the date of posting, or tracking number if relevant, which proof you should retain until the matter is finalised and you have received your refund. Obviously, you are responsible for the goods until they have been successfully returned to us.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notifying you of our response to your refund request. Your approved refund will be promptly processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Delivery within the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland is via courier service and usually takes 1-2 working days and requires a signature. This period may be extended over bank holiday and Christmas periods. All items will be insured against damage or loss during posting. • We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control, for example extreme weather, a flood or fire. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
