Obviously, you are responsible for the goods until they have been successfully returned to us.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notifying you of our response to your refund request. Your approved refund will be promptly processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

This period may be extended over bank holiday and Christmas periods. All items will be insured against damage or loss during posting.
